Oh, It’s Poe! (2020)
Edgar Allan Poe was an American writer, poet, critic, and editor who became renowned for his dark gothic short stories and poems. His work became the benchmark for gothic horror and romance. His life was suffocated with tragedy and loss—after losing his wife in 1847 to tuberculosis, he lost himself to alcoholism and struggled with his health and finances until he ultimately died in 1849. His life, ultimately, became a sort of horror story itself, ending in devastation and misfortune.
