Game Over (2021)

Billy, the mechanical ventriloquist puppet, was meant to resemble a male clown. Designed by antagonist John Kramer, it’s a recurring icon of the Saw movie franchise. This demented puppet was used as a way to inform Jigsaw’s victims of the rules they had to follow in order to survive their deadly trial—in the event that they might survive, it would return to deliver a message of congratulations. Billy’s appearance would typically be experienced through video, where its pale face, protruding brow, and cheeks with red spirals juxtaposed with its creepy red-lipped smile, and haunting black eyes with red irises would be there to taunt Jigsaw’s victims.
